Just download Filezilla and upload it with FTP information.

I won't give it to anyone, be sure. So, what did you say about the file zilla etc.
Can you give me a lil' bit more information ... I'm kinda newbie in this stuff. Never did uploaded a server.

Learn it yourself, you opted for a free host, no support will be given from the host.

It's darn easy, you'd probably be wanting to upload Raven's or LSRP...
