Hey guys, im having problem saving a rank to a user when they get issued the rank, it stays but when they /q it disapears and on login it won't appear... mind helping?

If you want to save information like this to a file, there is a great section on it in the wiki. You can read about it here: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/File_Functions

There are other ways of saving information like this, but that's perhaps something to venture into afterwards!

if your rank goes with Kills try saving the score (suggestion : use dini or djson)

How do you save the rank? We need to see the code to be able to help you. You can paste the code at www.pastebin.com and provide a link to the page so we can check the code.
