Retreiving Info? - Tai_Storm - 16.06.2011

I'v been trying to play on my friends server, but it keeps on saying "Retreiving info"...

I Tried re-installing it, and exiting out SA-MP, but it still shows the same thing..

What should i do..

I'll go ahead and presume that they are running it on their home computer. Ask them if they have port forwarded and if they have given you their public IP address, rather than their local IP address (192.168.***.***).

Well, if all else fails, you can use Hamachi to play on his server. https://secure.logmein.com/products/.../download.aspx Choose "Unmanaged" because its free. Now just have him download it and create a network. Have him give you his Hamachi Network Name and Pass, join it and keep Hamachi on. Ask him for his Hamachi IP which is big and bold when you look at the Hamachi interface. Join the IP on SA-MP and voila. But if other players can connect to his own server already, then there is a problem on your side.

There is something wrong on my side.
None of my SAMP servers load on internet/hosted.

And none retreive on favorites. I'v tried restarting it still, dont work

Try using hamachi, tell him to download hamachi, as explained above.
It's normal, he didn't portforward, I know it doesn't happen with other servers, HE hasn't port forwarded.
