Hello guys.I'm new here.I want to make a server and I need some informations.
1.I asked one guy and he said I need to pay only for the hosting.(to have my server in the "hosted" list).
So,If I create one server,everyone can play it,without paying the server?
2.I created one and when I want to play with my friends,all of my friends says "I can't play it because it says retrieving info......" So how can I make that too?

1) You can create a home server, it's free, but you need a static ip and good i-net connection, or you buy a host where your server is running 24/7 without lag!
2) Your ip is probably shit

you need to portforward so others can play.
