Yeah, use timers.

Edit: SetTimerEx() and SetTimer().

with settimer he active a function i want use its for rp serveur for exemple



sendclientmessage (hello in lifecity rp its is your firt connection you gonna see rules)
wait 10 sec
sendclientmessage (dont dm ....)
