Cheapest RP script i ever seen was 120 USD (in that time ~100EU)
We all know how big is RP script and how much work it needs

Small RP GM is about 50 000 lines. And it is for country. MAYBE you could get that for this money.

50000? Vortex 2 is only 16000, and I'd consider it more than a "small" RP gm.
