Instant placement on ground/Detecting if falling - AlExAlExAlEx - 12.06.2011

Okay so, I'm searching for a function to detect if a player is falling without a parachute.
And another function, that teleports a player on the ground.(the problem here is that in different places the ground is higher then in others..)
