i dont know is this bug or not - dud - 12.06.2011

someone know what is wrong and how to fix this problem is this bug whit samp or its other

its about groove street place car spawn they never spawn on they right place
i add car as addstaticvehicle and they never spawn on they right place they should spawn they are in mess

some time they spawn good when i exit from interior and they spawn is good but sometime when i drive to groove they are in mess or when i port to groove they are to mess

same problem whit jefferson hotel place near to jefferson hotel..

I think it's GTA SA bug not SA:MP

server gravity is 0.008


i see some server dosnt have this problem may have some way to fix that
