NPC PROBLEM - Bect - 11.06.2011

The NPC with car don't spawn where must to spawn .
The NPC on foot it's okay .

Why the npc with car ( vrecord ) don't work ?... the npc is spawned in the middle of nowhere.
Please tell me how to do it .
