Atm no one shows on the map how can i make it so everyone shows up on the map?

i think theres is a problem with my script or something when someone dies it makes someone lose $100 when i did not put that in also now a new one that people disappear from the map showing no blips.

that's normal (that players lose 100)..
just "GivePlayerMoney(playerid, 100); " at onplayerdeath
