U-MP in 0.3c - hardrhymer34 - 10.06.2011
Guys, gtasrv.ru converting to SA-MP versions to all of GTA mods, but SA-MP 0.3c did not converted for U-MP. Are there any converter for help me?

SAMP isn't open source AFAIK so it's pretty impossible

It's not impossible, and there's nothing called "converter" when it comes to software.
(You can't convert one program to another program with a converter program)..
