Teams/Factions - DaRealz - 09.06.2011

I need help to make team/factions.

Im learning to script, which means i am new to this crap, but im trying to make my own zombie gamemode.

I need to know how i can add a "cop" faction/Team, but an admin (lets say rcon admin right now) has to do /makeleader or something to make him a "Cop" or "Policeman".

Im just wondering.

PS: I don't regularly speak english, so it might not be that good. ( i can spell but i cant grammar well )
