There's nothing called "Windows GM".
Also, just upload all files in the same folders as usually. Only thing you need is the Linux server package, if not used already, AND if you are using any plugins you need the LINUX VERSIONS of the PLUGINS, and add plugin name.so (When you have the LINUX plugins)
