I posted this at the script request thread but it ended up ignored, so I thought I might have a chance here.

Every anti cheat I saw up until now is based on the player behavior in game. I once installed the most famous hack of all to see what it provides, to gather info about hackers and I didn't know how to uninstall it. I didn't want that menu forever. I've learned that if I delete "d3d9.dll" it will completely stop working.
So is it possible to make a plugin or something that would stop that file from functioning?

I doubt so.. that's sounds more like hacking into the player's pc and corrupting the file or so..
no clue though

You can compile it into another .dll or .asi file, so that won't help much.

There was a time when SA-MP wouldn't run with a d3d9.dll in the GTA directory if my memory is correct.
