Do you get any error messages or crash files when you crash?

Are you sure your graphics card is able to handle the explosion? I know if I have a lot of fire and smoke around me my computer begins to bog down a little.

I have a brand new Toshiba laptop that has the graphics card built into the processor and is HD so I would assume so.

How about your sound card? Are you receiving any distortion in sound?

...I wonder why your GTA fucks up. As far as I'm aware, people who have pirated the game don't get support here.

You can torrent any game, if you know what you are doing you can set it up like it was the real deal. Just because the game was from a torrent, it doesn't mean that it will cause such issues! Theoretically, downloading the game is the same as having the CD (if it's a .iso copy) and therefore there won't be much of a difference.
