I found this system but i dont know how to create animations and that look at pictures:

Don't bump your topics in atleast less then a day..

I should say download a GameMode in the GameMode section, check if it has fishing system; take a look at it and make it yourself.

But i want to make own not to copy from GM mate!

I didn't said you had to copy, i just said take a look how they did it so you got an idea; then make it yourself..

You don't want to copy? Well, you are copying a fishing system from Red Country RP...

Anyway, as your original problem, just apply player the fishing animation with ApplyAnimation.
(Click the red ApplyAnimation text for more info...)

i will look but how to spawn object to hands of Sking?
