Using Delux? - Tee - 05.06.2011

I am using Delux-Host and it has been going well until the first week of purchase. My server had 3 downtimes and there is not Live Support or Support Tickets. The reason I changed from Volt to Delux is because of the low prices, now my problem is, I want to move back to Volt but either I over looked the backup button on Delux or it's not there.

If you are using Delux, please tell me if it's just me or there is no backup feature.

Well I am stupid, I just decided to read their Terms of Service, and it said Backup is not guaranteed. If you chose to us Delux, don't, they're just a ripoff.
