amigo isso tem haver com sistema operacional pelo visto o seu... e crakeado.. hehe pois a culpa e do 'Microsoft Visual C ++ e so atualiza que melhora.... so falta atualiza ele... xp vista.. ou 7..... que isso n acontecera +...

Usa o Revo Unistaller e desistala o SA-MP, depois reseta o pc e instala dinovo.

Caso nenhuma das respostas funcione, tente executar o SA:MP como Administrador.
Botгo Direito > Executar como... > Administrador.
Caso nгo funcione й erro no gta, aн sу reinstalando/crackeando novamente.

Desistala o samp baicha otro crack bota e depois instala o samp dinovo o meu eu resolvi assim...
