Carownership problem - .EnjatsRed. - 04.06.2011

Hi,I have a small problem with carownership,in game I created the cars with command /newbuycar and when I restart the server with command /rr the cars disappear.And when I turn off the server and after I turn on it the cars are on the server and and doing well.Just dealing with all Carownership FS.Thanks!
