Welcome to whether it is possible skryptowo (in PAWN) do function to move player from server to server? Do I have to write a separate plugin?

You can't do that.

You can write a plugin with a client modification that would work alongside the plugin, but otherwise with just a plugin or no plugin - you can't do it.
