Ok, after going through lots of admin systems I have decided that none of them are working for me. So I decided just to pay someone to make me the following scripts.
-CarOwnership
-AntiCheat
-AdminSystem
-VIPSystem
It is called the VPSystem
Here is a file with all my needs.
