Mapping Issues - Hitman-97- - 03.06.2011

I'm making a project called PRL-RP... a roleplay script from scratch, now, when I wanted to map some things using 0.3c objects I couldn't because I use MTA San Andreas 1.0.5...
My question is, how can I add the objects at MTA? I like the map editor.
