its pretty easy, first define the teams/factions , then use y_ini to save it to the players file, and the jobs and etc should check to see if gTeam[playerid] == DRUG_DEALER etc.
you need basic knowledge on how to script, if you do have basic knowledge but don't know how to do the factions and w/e , download a simple RP gm from the forum and take a look at it, that should give you pretty much everything you need.
