Well i searched all over and theres no SAMP.ban.. where can my bans be saved?

The samp.ban is made after you ban your first person

If that message wasn't meant for the thread starter;

You can create an unban command by using SendRconCommand and use 'unbanip'.

I dont think you can, you might aswell reload the bans.
