C++ Runtime error - Ray_Jhonson - 01.06.2011

Hey, guys, I've been getting this C++ Runtime Error message whenever I wanted to join a server. I've been looking for a fix, but they require changing the Windows user. Is there any possible fix other than that? Thanks in advance!

Update to the latest version Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)

What do you mean by "New account"? New windows account? In that case, no. I installed a newer C++ and it didn't work.
