Yeah, I had the idea of it being scripted, But it seems too far ahead as with SA-MP development right now.

Of course it's possible, You just need to think outside of the box. There were a couple topics talking about this. It was usually like /record and then /load. I mean the system like a Kill Cam, but the system is done manually (/record), A kill cam is an automatic recording.

Use the NPC record system for all players at all time.
It is possible, but the file size is another problem.
