Hello!
What is FileZilla? Can anyone explain me ? and how to use it?

You can use it to upload files to your server with ease.
EDIT:
To use it
Host: [your IP here]
Username: [your RDP username here, the name you use to login to your VPS- or dedicated-server]
Password: [The password your using to get on your VPS- or dedicated-server]
Port: stock it's put on port 55555
Then click the button quickconnect
Youll now see 2 browsers, the left one is the one of your current desktop.
The right one is the one from your server (VPS or dedicated server).
You can now easilly drag files from your desktop to your server, to transfer files from your PC to your Server.
I hope this helped you a little, if I had time I would make a manual with screens for ya =P

As for your server it should contain a FTP server to work, to find this out see if your host has provided it, otherwise install Filezilla server and configure that

Instead of using a program you don't know of.
Use what you already have.
Open My Computer and enter the ftp://user
ass@IP information your host has provided in the address bar at the top.It will look just like your hosting the server from home witch is great for beginners.
