RCON hack - Swiftz - 30.05.2011

I saw pretty much of topics of people getting their rcon hacked. Well, how is it possible? Not to hack but just to know. Kc said brute force is used to hack it, Brute force is a program which generates random passwords and tries to use it right? But rcons are generally 304025as01231 such kind of big ones how could someone brute force long ones?

I don't think you can brute force long ones. Just make a longer, advanced password and maybe change it once a month or something and you'll be fine.
