No? If you have two network applications on the same port you won't be able to connect to either probably, because anything trying to connect will be confused as to where it's going?

Same port: no. Same ip: yes, if you have more than 1 NIC.

As long as they are not running on the same port you will be fine.
Why do you want to run an outdated server version anyway?
