I want to make it constant or you can say i eant to make it some thing like sampno-ip:7777

So You Know How Can I Make My Ip Like This For Free...

dude you need to buy a Static ip ........so it will not change daily ....you can get it from your ISP

Not true, all you need is credit card or debit card and paypal. and you can buy a host in India too (I am from India too, that's why I know)
