Open "samp-server.exe" in the folder of your server, and its online!
Don't forget to change the Rcon Password & the port

and how can i hold it online becouse if i close the samp-server.exe the server will shut down...

Dont close it. When you open it, it's online, and when you close it, its offline

Buy a host, or leave your computer on all the time.

Well, people cant join your server if you dont have the samp-server.exe open. If you buy a host, you just open the samp-server.exe on there, and then its online 24/7. Otherwise, it aint possible to run your server.
