Could somebody help me.

Im using La-Rp kind register/login system,

pAccount
pLocked

etc. things, and i want to make cmd /activate [playername], and i want that cmd to change the line pLocked to 1
on user .ini file, even if player is not in the server, can somebody help me i really need this, i figured out how to write
there, but then it will write all over but i want to write only 1 line over, help please.
