Simply say, you can't.
Unless you use some programs to change it only for your client,
which cannot be set by script.

Use mods etc in SINGLE player, not in multiplayer :-/

That water level tool doesn't work. I turn on the program, write the water level and wave height and i press set, then i go to GTA:SA and the water level is normal.
