Help me to create clan Tag plz in chat! - AlternativeDC - 23.05.2011

i need to create my clan tag in chat
if player text anything EXAMPLE : hey all player name in chat this form
[FTP]Killer_Bam
To show this in chat if player is in FTP clan!
Please help me in this SCriPt!
