When I try to upload my files to my hosted server it won't run, also if anybody is able to do it I will pay them through paypal, contact through here if you can help,
or contact on xfire bally2011

FTP is working and it looks like you have been able to deleted files from your game server directory.
What are you using to connect to the server FTP?

flashfxp everytime i try to run the server it says a file is missing which is binary

Are you trying to start the server from your FTP client?

You moved everything from the service directory into your user account.
That iss why you got that error.
