hello i wanted to put awesome stuntages to my server...awesome stuntages is down can i put that name to my server?

That name is not copyrighted, everyone can use it.

but i ask another guy and he said that sa-mp will banned my server and i will be banned from sa-mp

If you use that name you will not get banned from sa-mp, that 'other guy' sounds like a troll.
