Well... First of all

How can I make my server IP like this: xcommunity.samp:7777?

Is there any map editor that supports 0.3c? another then map editor in the filterscript section

Is there any editor that I can attach an object to a player?

For 0.3C objecs u could use MTA Map Editor but u will have to manually put the objects in ur self
