There is a program made for SAMP that is just as good.

But if you are use to MTA just use MTA.

I would suggest you to stay with MTA aswell as getting really good at it, alot of servers require good mapping, start making more advanced stuff in the editor and get better at it, maybe you would get hired as a mapper for a big and good community some day?
