Adding image to samp - Snowman12 - 15.05.2011
hay guys i know you can ad i .png image to samp because ive done it before but i cant remember how all i can remember is
new Image:
than ive forgot the rest and ive looked this up and i mean a image that i can display on screen

You cant its not samp...maybe you used MTA....

it was definaty samp because i implemented a england flag in the bottem corner
