i can't /exit or /enter with my property, please help - LCL - 15.05.2011

i can't /exit or /enter with my property(the house i bought), but the bank and police station(etc.) can.
my gamemode is godfather V1.5, what can i do to solve the problem? thx
another question is than the fuel system doesn't work, what should i do?
