Hello, my name is Mihai, I am a newbie in scripting and I have a few questions for you !
I download this mod: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=7797 and I like it !

1) I want a command [/engine] to start and stop the engine of a car and write in chat

2) I want a command [/belt] to civilians while driving and [/checkbelt] for police to verify that the belts!

3) I want a command [/take player/id penaltypoints number] to confiscate your penalty points, and when you "spent" 16 penalty points to take the new driving license and when the player show licenses [/showlicenses id/player] to another player write a new line besides driving license, fishing, etc: PenaltyPoints x/16 !

4) I want to make personal cars !

5) I want a new faction "Tow Car Company" what to tow illegally parked cars with TOW CAR and take them to a checkpoint (when using the command [/tow] ) where to respawn !

6) I know "How can I select a car to respawn" and "How can I select a HQ of a faction" !

7) And the last: I want to make 4 new gangs besides the two present in above Mod !

PS: Can you make scripts pls ? Thanks !
