Im using SATDM RP v9 and it has 15 vehicle slots.But how can i set them to 5?

i have the same problem.i opened pawno.exe and go to ''vehicle menu''. i removed slots and now in the menu there are 7 slots.The problem is that i can buy again 15 cars without calling them.pls help.....
