Shut down engine - Wesley221 - 09.05.2011

Hey guys,

How can i stop a car from driving, if the car health is lower then like 250 (When its 250 or lower, it sets the car on fire right?) ?
I know that you have to stop the engine from driving, but not sure how to do that.
