Hi,
I would to create a random system to play in finance.
Player will go to the Financial Palace and he can buy an action that, with the time, will can increase or decrease his value.
The money of the investiment will be automatically deposed in the bank account of the player.

So you want to create a stock system in which the stocks go randomly up and down, and in which the dividend is automatically stored to you bank account?

A stock market system, would not be a very good idea if your a new to coding with the SA:MP functions and pawn language.
