Kidnap dead - Admigo - 01.05.2011

Heey guys

I made a kidnap command and the player is not contralable.
But when i let explode my car just crash my car the player dont dies and i dies.
How can i make the player dies to?
Any tips for kidnap?

Maybe unfreeze him before he have to die ?
