No need to pay, I can make a simple one for you, which you can then improve on, for free... Let me know whether you want it in Dini or something else so I know.

I don't see why you don't just get on off of the FS section since well..they are free and its the best way to learn.

Are you going to be using Dini? And no I will only make it save name and password, and you can try to put in the rest.

I suggest you to use MySQL, Dini is outdated and if you have over 2000 dini files it will decrease your server power.
If you want more informations about MySQL don't hesitate to ask me.

I would also recommend you learn something new instead of dini, I think yini would be good for you, there is a good tutorial and its quick to pick up.
