NPC Pack - AgentOrange96 - 01.05.2011

Is there a pack of just tons of NPCs? (IE: Peds that drive/walk the streets-like single player) To create them you have to do it in game and record them, right? So if someone has compiled a ton of NPCs, where could I find them? If not, someone should try to make one. I'd be up for helping, but it'd be a lot of work for one person.

it can't work with 0.3c/0.3b anymore, it was created for 0.3a and since 0.3b npc's work different now.
