You mean the lowrider rims from single player?


AddVehicleComponent(vehicleid, componentid);

Component 1080 = Switch Rims
Component 1083 = Dollar Rims
Component 1084 = Trance Rims

You can't script custom rims, only the ones already in the game can be used, if that's your question.
