MySQL - Markx - 27.04.2011

Hey all, i got the GM from RealCop, and i dont know how to make the MySQL part, can somebody please help me?
Heres what i need to fill in:

And he also says there is a .txt file but i cant find it, i should paste that txt to my MySQL database, please help me

Sigh. Don't start a server if you don't know how to set up a mysql server. Do you even have a mysql server available?

One Question:
with Mysql your server is Hosted in sa-mp hosted list
