What's the definiton in pawn for key 2(SPECIAL ACTION CTRL) because I'm pretty sure it's not like:

if(PRESSED(KEY_SPECIALACTIONCTRL))

so what's the solution?

no i mean what's the key on car(used on forklift usually or towtruck)

The car key crouch? That's horn key.
If you mean like using forklifts, use your numpad keys
